Fully custom programs are thoughtfully designed based on your needs. No two runners are the same, meaning no two programs are the same. Your training plan is developed by combining an educational background in physical therapy and exercise science, coaching, and your athletic make up, the demands of your running event, and the goals you are striving towards.

1:1 Individual Training

1:1 Training is meant for the athlete looking for programming with unlimited coaching contact

How it works:

  • Initial phone consultation to get to know one another and take the first steps into diving into your training journey

  • Access to your own private running calendar via VDotO2 (computer & mobile friendly) to receive your workouts and provide interactive feedback between coach and athlete

  • Weekly or bi-weekly updated workouts that match your fitness abilities which allow flexibility based on your life – work, family, and fun.

  • Unlimited communication via text, phone, and email

  • Specialized weekly running strength and core workouts aimed at keeping you running healthy and strong for a lifetime

Rates:

3-months coaching: $199/mo

6-months coaching: $179/mo

12-months coaching: $159/mo

*all programs are automatically billed until the commitment has been fulfilled. After the original contract has been completed, athletes can recommit for another 6 or 12 months, or continue their subscription on a month-to-month basis @ a 20% up-charge. Month-to-month subscription requires a 1 month in advance notification of termination of service.

Subscription Coaching

Subscription Coaching is meant for the athlete who is looking for a structured plan without as intimate coaching feedback as 1:1 training

How it works:

  • Initial phone consultation to get to know one another and take the first steps into diving into your training journey

  • Access to your own private running calendar via VDotO2 (computer & mobile friendly) to receive your workouts and provide interactive feedback between coach and athlete

  • Monthly updated workouts that match your fitness abilities which allow flexibility based on your life – work, family, and fun.

  • Communication every 2 weeks via email and/or text to discuss progress

  • Optional strength and/or core training available for discounted monthly fee

Rates:

Month-by-month programming: $169/mo

3-month commitment: $149/mo

6-month commitment: $129/mo

**Billing runs on a recurring cycle until your term agreement has been fulfilled.
